The staff worked very hard to insure our comfort.

The food served at breakfast was not very good - no reflection on the server, just the food choices weren't good or warm.

The staff did a wonderful job taking care of guests.

Room was very nice. Food was good. Close to nice park and minutes from Mizzou arena.

Pool was small but sufficient. Our room was by the elevator and some people were inconsiderate and loud late at night coming out from it.

Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. Lobby was nice with sitting area.

Two queen size beds and more than continental breakfast available.

Unresponsive to our needs.

The tissue box was empty at check in, the vanity fixture was inoperable. We asked for the fixture to be fixed, they said they would, and did not. I fixed their clocks for them. Our friends stayed there in a separate room also - their clocks were screwed up also. Unimpressive and disappointing hotel experience at best.

the rooms were laid out nicely with fridge and microwave.

There was no ice on our floor.

Front desk was very pleasant. Everything looked very clean. Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable.

Room & hotel Clean, and staff very willing to assist with any need.

Location wasn't the best and the pool was way to small.

The hotel and its staff was very good. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The pool is small which is not good but can be enjoyed. The breakfast was good and well maintained. A sign needs to be put up by the highway so you can see where it is if you are from out of town. ...read more

Nice room size, comfortable beds and nice size bathroom.

Right next to the highway - room facing the highway was a little noisy.

Very nice hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable beds, larger rooms and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.
